Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DUE TO COVID - We are taking extra measures in washing / cleaning, and packing all shipments (staff are masked and gloved while preparing your shipment).
We are seeing delays of 1.5 weeks or more in shipment via all carriers.
Due to this, order may be delayed in getting restocked and then shipped from us to you. Please email customer.service@anchorsandstarsus.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Return & Exchange Policy
New and unused merchandise may be returned with original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A credit will be issued to the original source of payment for the item(s) amount, less shipping/handling, and tax.
